SARAH
Director - Speech Pathologist
Sarah works part-time and has 25 years experience working as a Speech Pathologist. Sarah has worked at a number of major ABA clinics and schools in both Europe and Australia. Sarah has extensive post graduate experience working with children with Autism and has completed a number of post graduate courses that include PECS, AUSLAN, The Nuffield Dyspraxia Program and ABA. Sarah has a keen interest in Autism, children with special needs and dyspraxia
ANITA
Speech Pathologist
Anita is a qualified speech pathologist and a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. Anita has extensive experience in supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, speech and language difficulties, and literacy difficulties. Anita is passionate about providing evidence-based and family-centred intervention, and has a particular interest in supporting both children and adults who use augmentative and alternative communication. Anita has completed professional development in AUSLAN, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) Approach, Key Word Sign, LAMP Words for Life, PECS, PODD, Proloquo2Go, and the Sounds-Write Literacy Program.
ONA
SUPPORT WORKER
Originally from Romania, Oana brings over 10 years of hands-on caring experience from her work as a live-in carer in Europe, where she developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, compassion, and person-centred care. Since moving to Australia, she has worked as an NDIS Support Worker for over 2 years, supporting participants with their individual needs and helping them build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections. Oana has developed a particular passion for working with children with autism, developmental and learning challenges in general, and feels she has truly found her niche in this area. She enjoys getting to know each child as an individual, building trusting relationships, and finding ways to support their communication, confidence, and participation. Oana genuinely loves the work she does and takes great pride in making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families she supports. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two daughters grow up.

YASMEEN
Hi, I’m Yasmeen. I’m a dedicated speech pathologist with a passion for supporting people to achieve their communication goals. I combine evidence-based practice with clinical experience to provide personalised and effective therapy. As a bilingual clinician, I value inclusive care and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy pilates and boxing. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your communication journey.

LAURA
Laura is a warm, creative therapy assistant with a passion for supporting clients of all ages and abilities. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive environment that celebrates each child’s unique progress. Currently in her third year at Macquarie University, completing a Bachelor of Psychology with an equivalent minor in Speech Science. Laura is also preparing to pursue a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Drawing on six years of experience across teaching, team supervision, and therapy support, she brings knowledge, empathy, and enthusiasm, empowering clients to achieve meaningful growth.
BROOKE
OFFICE MANAGER
Hi, I’m Brooke, the Office Manager at Rainbow Future Kidz.
I’m here to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and to support our families throughout their journey with us. I assist with all things administration, new client intake, invoice enquiries, and general enquiries.
Whether you’re a new family joining Rainbow Future Kidz or an existing client who has a question, I’m always here to help and make the process as easy and stress free as possible.

SAMANTHA
Speech Pathologist
Samantha is a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. She holds professional development certificates in ABA, and Key Word Sign. Samantha has particular interest in working with children and adults of all ages with communication difficulties. She has experience working with both children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Samantha also has experience working with clients who have difficulties with speech, language, stuttering, and literacy.
RACHEL
Speech Pathologist
Rachel is a senior speech pathologist who has worked with people from across the lifespan. She has extensive experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, language disorders, Intellectual Disability, Parkinson's Disease, and other complex disabilities. She has helped clients with goals relating to a range of communication challenges including speech, language, articulation, literacy, social skills, voice, and AAC, and has experience in swallowing assessments and mealtime management. Rachel is trained in LSVT LOUD, and has also received professional development in areas including paediatric feeding disorders, selective mutism, and primary progressive aphasia. Rachel is passionate about building relationships with her clients and families, working alongside them to give them the tools to communicate with confidence and independence.

I’m currently in my second year of a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Macquarie University and I have long term goals to complete my Master of Speech Pathology. I have a keen interest on focusing on social skill and language development and achieving long term goals for participants of all ages. My practices are family and patient oriented, ensuring that everyone is comfortable and happy when supports come into the home or community! I enjoy hiking on the weekends and getting out and about to interact with friends and family whenever I get the chance! I also enjoy continuously learning about how to better my practice and support ability for participants of all backgrounds.
FROHAR
Speech Pathologist
Frohar is a qualified Speech Pathologist and a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. Frohar is a mum to three young boys. She has expertise in working with preschool to school-aged children and their families. She has an interest in speech and language difficulties, social skills and working with children of CALD families.
CHELSEA
PSYCHOLOGY Therapy assistant
Chelsea is a warm, caring and enthusiastic Therapy Assistant who is passionate about supporting children to develop their communication skills and confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (honours) and has experience supporting children in a speech clinic setting.
In her role as a Therapy Assistant, Chelsea provides individualised support under the guidance of Speech Pathologists, working with children on social communication, conversational skills, language comprehension and everyday functional communication. She particularly enjoys building positive relationships with children and creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable, confident and motivated to participate
NICOLLE
Speech Pathologist
Nicoelle is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia with experience supporting children and adults with a wide range of communication needs. She has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy, genetic and chromosomal conditions, developmental speech and language delays, and Parkinson's disease.
Nicoelle is passionate about providing evidence-based, family-centred therapy tailored to each individual's goals. She supports speech, language, and multimodal communication, including Key Word Sign (KWS) and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She is committed to working collaboratively with families and other professionals to help clients build confidence and communicate in meaningful ways.
